- A cancellation of a reservation can be made through FAX or e-mail, 21 days prior to your arrival date. Otherwise your advance payment is non-refundable. In case your departure takes place before the date stated, 50% of the amount due for the rest of your stay is required according to state laws and regulations concerning holiday rentals (Law 1652/30-10-1986)
